Cooking fish, demystified.
Most fish are considered healthy entree choices, but not everyone knows how to cook fish well. It is easy to overcook, for example. Chef Reto and team will explore different ways to deliclousy prepare fish (stove top/oven) so you can be more adventourous in your kitchen.
This class is for all skill levels.
This class will start at 6 pm and last about 2 1/2 hours. Class is 21+ and you can BYOB. Street parking is available but sometimes hard to find. You can also park in the Suds-N-Duds parking lot across from Best Way Grocery Store .
