The Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro will host its 18th annual Men Can Cook fundraiser on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 5:30p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center.
This highly anticipated event features 50 community men who volunteer their time and culinary talents to provide a sampling of their favorite dishes for all attendees. In addition to the delicious food, there will be a silent auction featuring over 200 items and entertainment provided by Joshua West.
This annual event is the main fundraiser for The Women’s Resource Center of Greensboro, a local non-profit organization founded in 1995 to assist women in the community in acquiring the skills and education needed to support themselves and their families. The WRC serves over 9,000 women each year.
Tickets for the event are $40 for adults and $10 for children 10 and under.
