Corn husks, maseca, and pork lard oh my! We will be learning how to make tamales from scratch including the masa dough, a delicious filling, a fantastic sauce and how to fold a corn husk wrapper! On the menu: tamales verdes con pollo with a garlic lime crema! This class is for ages 21+.
