Each class includes hands-on instruction and a full meal. We will have a complimentary red and white wine.

Class Menu:

Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto

Goat cheese and fig crostini

Bibb lettuce with arugula With orange segments, Marcona almonds, dates and parmesan, harissa dressing

Fish in phyllo nest with basil and tomatoes

Chocolate volcano soufflés with vanilla ice cream
