Chef Reto and his team welcome aspiring cooks ages 11-14 to Bonjour! French week of Junior Chef Summer Camps. Camps include how to work in the kitchen, from knife techniques to cooking basics. Crafts, games, nutritional and food education, and lots of cooking. Campers have a take-home dessert daily, and a Au Revoir Dessert Reception for parents at 1 pm on Fridays of each camp. Camps is 9 am - 2 pm and includes healthy snacks and lunch, and is held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church on Market Street.
