Chef Jay Pierce of Mozelle's Fresh Southern Bistro will feature NC shrimp and andouille sausage in his Louisiana style of Jambalaya. Jambalaya is a dish of Spanish, African and French influence consisting mainly of sausage, shrimp, vegetables and rice. We will be serving a medium bowl for $6 and a large bowl for $8. We are pre-selling a quart to go for $16.
