Moving Meditation will give dancers a safe space to breathe and de-stress. In this class dancers will explore their own creativity through imaginative improvisation prompts and movement techniques for stress management. Dancers can expect to leave class feeling more connected to their own bodies and refreshed for any challenge they may face in their daily lives.
Dancers are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, journal, and writing utensil.
Ticket sales will end 10 minutes before class begins.
