The beloved series of theatrical vignettes, including "The Gift of the Magi," based on the works of Greensboro's own William Sydney Porter (better known as the writer O.Henry) moves to its new home, The Well-Spring Theatre, late this summer.
Formerly known as "5 by O.Henry" and produced at the Greensboro History Museum, "An O.Henry Celebration: Stories & Songs" not only continues a spectacular 30-year tradition but also ushers in a new era in bringing to life the entertaining stories and characters that O.Henry first put on paper. There also will be a pre-show in the lobby 30 minutes before curtain!
When choosing your ticket, select "General Admission" for a standard theatre seat. Choose "Wheelchair Access" if you will sit in a wheelchair or choose to be seated beside a guest in a wheelchair. Select the open seat(s) you prefer. After selecting this ticket type, you will be offered different ticket prices including "Student", "Well-Spring Resident", etc.
