Join us for a class perfect for all movers of any skill level. Moving Meditation will give participants a safe space to breathe and destress. In this class participants will explore their own creativity through imaginative improvisation prompts and movement techniques for stress management. Participants can expect to leave class feeling more connected to their own bodies and refreshed for any challenge they may face in their daily lives. Adults 18+ may drop-in to class by purchasing this ticket. Teens 13-18 must register for the 8 week semester here.
