Join the Junior League of Winston-Salem for the 18th Annual Tour of Fine Spaces on April 20, 2024!

Local craftsmen, builders, and designers have come together to present this unprecedented showcase. The Tour of Fine Spaces features newly built and remodeled homes throughout the Triad with a fun mix of contemporary and historic design.

NEW to this year's Tour, don't miss the silent auction taking place at each location.

Home List, Map, & Auction List will be available exclusively to Ticket Purchasers.

These items will be sent after purchase.

*If purchased after 11:00PM on April, 19th, these items will be sent via e-mail the morning of April 20th and please show e-mail confirmation upon check-in **

You may start at whichever home you choose on the list. There will be printed maps at each of the homes. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband to wear home to home. You must visit the specific location in order to bid on the auction items at that location. There will also be small bites and drinks along the way that are included with your ticket.

Tickets are $40 through 11:59 PM on April 19th. Ticket price increases to $50 at 12:00 AM on April 20th.

Every ticket purchased for the Tour of Fine Spaces helps the Junior League of Winston-Salem bring literacy and health programs to women and families in Forsyth County.

Ticket Policies

1. The Tour of Fine Spaces is held rain or shine.
2. No refunds or exchanges.
3. Public restrooms are not available on the Tour.
4. Well supervised children, age 6 or older are welcome on the tour. A ticket must be purchased for each child.
5. Strollers are not allowed.
6. Only service dogs will be allowed.
7. Transportation is not provided on the Tour. Carpooling is encouraged. A complete list of addresses will be provided to early bird ticket buyers.
8. Wristbands are to be worn for the duration of your time on the Tour.
